DUO Topwater Floating Pencil Lure Bay RUF MANIC SLOW 95
When the Bay Ruf Manic lure was designed by DUO, the Japanese company had a totally new concept in mind.
The slight pulsation generated, called the ‘Manic Movement’, is like no other action seen before, mesmerizing fish feeding on worm-like bait and fish. Although some may say it has a worm pattern, the capabilities of a Bay Ruf Manic, go beyond the boundaries of bait due to is simplicity.
The new concept in the DUO Bay Ruf is called “Manic Slow”. While maintaining the original Manic motion, DUO has achieved weight reduction and balance adjustment, that improve the lure’s effectiveness at low speed retrieve. The lure`s buoyancy, weight, volume and body shape have been delicately adjusted. The action created by this sensitively balanced lure, is a tight micro-vibration. There is no wobbling action. The micro-vibration action is so tight, even at slow retrieve, that some anglers will think that the lure is not moving.
The DUO Bay Ruf Manic Slow has the eyelet placed underneath the head. Its body is comprised of 4 flat sides. As soon as you initiate retrieve, the lure will float to the subsurface and imitate an injured baitfish grasping for breath. This action generated predatory instincts to Seabass hunting close to the surface.
With the Bay Ruf Manic Slow lures, the particular DUO family has expanded its use, even further.
